KCM Brands was launching a wellness line (Renuology) in a saturated e-commerce market. The goal was to develop a cohesive brand identity, packaging system, and launch campaign that stood out on both digital shelves and retail displays.

 Goals

  • Create distinctive visual branding

Creative Strategy

  • Used Midjourney, Figma, ChatGPT, Canva, and to explore conceptual moodboards and packaging inspirations

  • Designed logo, typography, and brand palette to reflect clarity and confidence

  • Applied Adobe Firefly to generate organic texture concepts for packaging backgrounds

Design Execution

  • Designed SKU packaging for capsules, tinctures, and powders

  • Produced promotional content for digital banners, social media, and influencer kits

  • Built out full brand guidelines and style system

Results

  • Product sold out within 3 weeks of launch

  • Brand achieved 300% boost in impressions across Amazon and Shopify

  • Collaboration with influencers drove 100k+ engagements on launch content
