Bang Energy needed a website overhaul to align with its bold brand identity and drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. The previous site suffered from poor mobile usability, high bounce rates, and inconsistent visual elements.

Research & Insights
Used heatmaps and session recordings to identify drop-off points in the customer journey. Competitive analysis of other beverage DTC brands revealed simpler product flows and smarter use of microinteractions.
