Before

Prior to being hired. Gyroville franchising was outsourcing their marketing for franchising. Unfortunately they were having little to no success.

After

Once we regained control of the marketing and I completely re-designed their website and online promotions. we went from 1 franchise (from the year prior) to 4 new ones that year.

Main Concerns

° Main page lacked direction and written content.

° Product pages lacked quality content that would entice consumers.

° Product pages designed in a way that left consumers confused.

° Both Cart and Checkout often confused consumers.

Solutions

° Established Hotjar and thoroughly reviewed both it and Google analytics to understand where we were losing consumers the most..

° Began re-designing main page, product pages, cart, and checkout.

° Worked with Developers to establish more payment options to increase options for consumers.

° Establish proper image sizes to reduce load time and to create a standard.

Gyroville Franchising was a unique situation, in that the owners had previously contracted a third party to run the website as well as the marketing.  I was brought on to not only help build a new website, but to create new franchising offers to entice potential entrepreneurs.  I also was responsible for creating content for their bi-weekly newsletter.  After tons of research into what competitors were doing I worked with the owners to build out an in-house marketing system.  Upon ending my time there I had more than tripled the amount of interested investors as well as those that had signed compared to the previous year.
